Students speak out about doing drugs
The fence has become an amazing way fro students to speak to the community about their view on drugs. Simply stated "Don't Do Drugs" has become this year's motto.
Our night at McDonalds for McTeacher's Night was a HUGE success! We want to thank all those families that came out to support our school. We were able to raise over $500! Thank you again. Just look at how much fun this was for everyone...
The final totals are not in yet, but it is estimated that we were able to raise over $5,000 for Kelsey Roller. We were truly overwhelmed by the support of students, parents, and community members. Not only did we raise a substantial amount of money, everyone had a great time playing games, putting their favorite people in jail, and eating some delicious food. As the official totals come in, we will update the exact amount were are able to give to this very deserving family and their very special child.
CHES takes the Ice Bucket Challenge
Teachers took the plunge this week to bring awareness to Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). Students watched as buckets of ice and water were dumped over the heads of several of their favorite teachers. It is our hope that through our efforts we can help bring a cure to this deadly disease.
Join our Pre-K Program
We are doing BIG things in our Pre-K. Since the start of our Pre-K program in 2013, we have grown by leaps and bounds. We are very excited about the opportunity to host this program. With the national curriculum getting tougher, students need to have exposure to school before kindergarten. In our Pre-K program, the children will learn everything they need to be successful in kindergarten.
Please email Carol Briggs at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are interested or have questions about the program.
